You'll find a delightful secret hiding beneath the surface of Nevada's Biggest Little City. Hiding at a place that simply calls itself The Basement, the Seven Troughs Speakeasy is so worth seeking out.
Presented by the local Seven Troughs Distilling Company, this hidden speakeasy is a swanky hangout where you'll find some of the most delicious cocktails and food in the city.
Located in what used to be a historic post office, the speakeasy puts a special focus on locally produced spirits and prohibition era cocktails. They boast a wide array of house cocktails, each of which is crafted to perfection before being put into your hand.
Seven Trough's Distilling Company was initially founded in 2012. They call themselves the Great Basin's first distillery since 1877 and they are certainly worthy of the title! The distillery continually comes up with award-winning and historically accurate spirits from America's bygone Prohibition era.
The liquor is definitely the highlight of a visit to this speakeasy, but you'll be delightfully surprised to learn that they offer a wide selection of delicious food as well. From mouthwatering charcuterie boards to gourmet sandwiches, the selection is far from your typical pub eats.
Indulge in decadent dishes like the smoked salmon mac & cheese, waffles with whiskey whipped cream, rum cupcakes, and so much more. The food is the perfect addition to the speakeasy's world-class spirits.
