It's no secret that pie is the dessert of choice here in Montana. We even have our own pie trail. So it comes as no surprise that the pie from the lovely Coffee Pot Bakery & Cafe is such a huge hit, it gets devoured almost as quickly as it can be baked. If you've never visited this charming little spot, you're really missing out.
The Coffee Pot Bakery & Cafe is located on Gallatin Road in Bozeman, on the outskirts of the Four Corners area.
From the outside, it looks homey and humble. On the inside, deliciousness awaits.
Step inside and you'll be flooded with the unmistakable scent of coffee and baked goods, which is just as pleasant as it sounds.
Order at the counter and grab a seat. Or, better yet, pick up some pottery, which is made on-site.
Sip on some hot or iced coffee while you pick out your pie.
You can also choose from a good selection of breakfast and lunch items, in case you're hungry.
But as tasty as the rest of the menu is here, nothing tops the pie.
It's truly in a league of its own.
The pie is baked fresh daily and served until it's gone, which tends to happen before the end of the day.
To say these pies are popular is a huge understatement.
You can also order customized pies for your family dinners or any occasion that calls for pie.
It isn't uncommon for people to drive great distances just to purchase this delicious pie for family gatherings.
The Coffee Pot is currently open Monday through Saturday from 6:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
That's plenty of time to go sample all those irresistible pies.
