There are few things better than trying homemade pies in Montana. Locals and tourists alike flock to Loula's Cafe in Whitefish when they have a hankering for pie. These tasty made-from-scratch desserts are heavenly and worth coming back for time and time again. So head over to Loula's and try some pies for yourself.
Loula’s Cafe is a family-owned and operated eatery in Whitefish.
Located in the old Masonic temple on East Second Street, they pride themselves on made-from-scratch dishes using fresh and local products.
Head downstairs in the building to find Loula’s and its large and inviting dining space.
The interior is bright and warm and has plenty of seating for small and large parties.
The cafe has a delicious breakfast and lunch menu, but the stars of the show at Loula’s are the homemade pies.
Pies are made fresh daily, but can also be ordered for weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, and holidays.
Loula’s offers so many delicious fruit pies. As a true Montana eatery, there are a variety of huckleberry pies, of course, but you can also find apple, cherry, raspberry, blackberry, and other fruit pies here.
Have a piece with a cup of coffee and you’ll be in heaven!
You can also find some yummy cream pies here.
Try the coconut cream, banana cream, or sour cream lemon pies. Or, if you have a particular pie in mind that isn’t on the menu, just ask and Loula’s may give it a try!
While dessert pies rule the roost at Loula’s, be sure to try the savory chicken pot pie for lunch. It is absolutely divine.
And then, of course, have a sweet pie afterward for dessert!
