Elle's Belles custom desserts are all baked in a commercial kitchen in Belgrade.
But the story of this dessert business is a lot more personal.
Owner and baker Elle Fine started Elle's Belles in Bozeman in 2003.
Quality ingredients and artfulness have always been important to Elle, and it shows.
The dessert shop has since expanded, and now they are able to ship some of their treats nationwide.
You're also welcome to create a custom order on the website or request a special occasion cake.
The cakes are so incredibly detailed and beautiful, you almost don't want to eat them.
Whether you're planning a wedding, a birthday, or a special celebration, the custom cakes here never disappoint.
Word has certainly gotten out about these unique desserts.
Elle's Belles has been featured in TLC, The Knot, Harper's Bazaar, and even Oprah Magazine.
But custom cakes aren't the only thing you'll find on the menu.
The bakery offers cookies, cupcakes, and nearly every form of pastry. The doughs, croissants, Danish, cookies, cakes, fillings, frostings, and everything else are made by hand, with bakers arriving as early as 3 a.m.
The seasonal customized cookies are also adorable.
These penguins were baked for Valentine's Day since penguins mate for life (aww).
