The Coffee Pot Bakery Cafe is a small oasis off Highway 191 in Four Corners, just outside of Bozeman. And while it looks like a cozy cabin from the outside, inside you'll find an absolute paradise for pastry-lovers, not to mention the amazing handmade pottery for sale. If you drive past this gem without stopping, you're really missing out.

The bakery opened in 2003, and in 2017, the original owners sold it to their son and daughter-in-law.
The bakery is open Monday - Saturday from 6 a.m. - 6 p.m., so you'll have plenty of opportunity to stock up on homemade treats.
Be prepared to be greeted with warm smiles and the smell of freshly brewed coffee.
If you want a hot, hearty breakfast, order some biscuits and gravy or a breakfast sandwich...
... but if you're craving a sweet treat, you can't go wrong with the pecan sticky buns.
They're baked fresh daily, and they're exceptional.
Rest assured, you won't find a pastry here you don't like.
And if you have to try them all to test that theory, no one will blame you.
The Coffee Pot also happens to bake some of the best pies in Montana.
You can enjoy a slice onsite or take a whole pie to-go.
If you order a cup of coffee, you might notice that it comes in a gorgeous piece of pottery.
That's because the bakery shares a space with Mountain Arts Pottery, a local business that has been thriving since the 70s.
