When we did our previous article about Missouri pizza, we were swamped with comments about places we forgot.  So here are a few more, all chosen by you.  If your favorite was still not included, it could have been because of the lack of good photos available, or as in many cases, there were already too many represented from St. Louis in particular.  A few of note will be mentioned at the end of our list.  Thank you for your input, and here are your suggestions.

1. BJ’s, Florissant

2. Pagliai's Pizza, Cape Girardeau

Located at 1129 Broadway Street. Open Tuesday-Thursday from 11:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., Fridays 11:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m., Saturdays from 4:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. and Sundays from 4:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.

3. Alex's Pizza Palace, Rolla

4. Arris' Pizza, Jefferson City

Serving Greek style pizza since 1961. Located at 117 W. High Street in Jefferson City and also with locations in Columbia, Osage Beach, Springfield and Lenexa, Kansas. 5. Primo's Pizza, Canton

Located at 107 North Fourth Street. Hours are Monday-Thursday from 11:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., Friday-Saturday from 11:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., and Sunday from 11:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.

6. Guido’s Pizzeria and Tapas, St. Louis

Serving Italian and Spanish cuisine since 1988, Guido’s "On The Hill" is located at 5046 Shaw Avenue. They are open Monday-Thursday from 11:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m., Friday-Saturday from 11:00 a.m. to midnight, and Sundays from 11:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. Visit Guido’s Pizzeria and Tapas.

7. Hook and Ladder Pizza Company, Hollister

Located at 26 Downing Street in Hollister, they also have a location in Ozark. Open Monday-Saturday from 11:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., and Sundays from 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

8. Leo’s Pizza, Kansas City

Serving St. Louis style pizza for over 40 years, Leo’s is located at 408 NW Englewood Road. They are open Tuesday-Thursday from 11:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., Friday-Saturday from 11:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m., and Sundays from 3:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. Visit Leo’s Pizza for more information.

9. Nick & Elena’s Pizzeria, Overland

Located at 3007 Woodson Road. Open Tuesday-Thursday from 4:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m., Fridays from 11:00 a.m. to 12:30 a.m., Saturdays from 4:00 p.m. to 12:30 a.m. and Sundays from 4:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.

10. Pizza Works, Moberly

Located at 319 N Morley Street. Open Monday-Sunday from 11:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., and also serving a buffet Monday-Sunday from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. and Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.

11. JJ Woodfire, Webb City

Located at 1612 S Madison Street. Open Monday-Thursday from 11:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., Friday-Saturday from 11:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m., and Sundays from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., and also offering a daily buffet from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., except on Saturdays. 12. Alley Cats Pizzeria and Pub, Lake Ozark

13. Mr Gilberti's, Hollister

Making Chicago style pizza for 64 years, they are located at 1451 Acacia Club Road. Open Monday-Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 9:30 p.m., and Sundays from 10:00 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. Visit their website at Mr. Gilberti’s Place.

14. Fun House Pizza, Raytown

15. Tim's Pizza, Independence

Other pizza places not included on our list but loved by readers include Joe Boccardi's, Frankie Tocco's, Monte Bello Pizza, Angelo's, Pogolino's, Schotzie's and Art of the Pizza. We also had a pretty even divide between Provel and Mozzerella, including some who prefer their pizza with both. Have we still missed your favorite?  Have you tried any of these places?
