This is Westside Bar-B-Que. You’ll find it in the small town of New Albany, which is about 30 northeast of Oxford.

And the delectable desserts aren’t just a hit with locals. The tasty cakes are shipped all over.
The sweet selection includes classic Southern layered cakes in a slew of flavors, including red velvet, carrot, coconut, chocolate, and caramel.
In addition to cakes, the dessert selection includes pies in an array of flavors.
And just like the cakes, the pies are homemade and baked fresh daily.
Perfect for sweet tooths of all sizes, the cakes and pies can be purchased in one of three ways. You can buy just a slice, half a cake/pie, or the entire thing.
Of course, the sweet treats aren’t the only reason to visit Westside Bar-B-Que. The tasty fare also includes mouthwatering, award-winning barbeque.
Dubbed some of the state’s best barbeque, the meats are wood-smoked and served with yummy homemade barbeque sauce.
Look over the menu, and you’ll find classics, like pulled pork, chicken, and ribs. You’ll also find a few not-so-common items, such as barbeque nachos.
The fare also features hamburgers, including the eatery’s larger-than-life signature burger, the Famous Amos.
Westside Bar-B-Que may take some effort to get to, but the tasty eats and sweets make it well worth it. (Plus, the long ride will give you plenty of time to work up an appetite, which is a good thing because you'll want to make sure you have room for a full meal AND dessert.)
