CAET made the move to its current locale in 2019. Prior to that, it was located in Jackson’s Fondren neighborhood.
The current location is nearly five times the size of the original locale, providing plenty of extra space for things like an oyster bar and…
…a wine room, which is basically the same thing as a wine cellar – except it’s above ground instead of underground.
Well stocked, the wine room is filled with wines of all kinds, which can be purchased by the glass or bottle.
CAET also boasts a wine preservation system, which is stocked with higher-priced wines that are available by the pour.

Though focused on seafood, the menu features lots of choices.
You can dine on everything from shrimp and grits to fresh tuna. There are plenty of options for landlubbers too.
