Despite being in business for less than five years, the bakery is already a big hit among locals.

As a full service bakery, The Mad Baker sells all the classics - and then some.
And that "and then some" includes enormous cupcakes.
Like something conjured up from a dream, the giant cupcake is a must-try for any lover of sweet treats.
Obviously sized for sharing, the giant cupcake makes the perfect birthday cake.
But the cupcakes are the only sweet that comes in a bigger-than-normal size.
There are also jumbo brownies and larger-than-life cinnamon rolls.
Though the sweets are reason enough to visit The Mad Baker, they're not the only reason. The bakeshop also serves breakfast and lunch, making it a great visit any time of day.
