These days, you can get a milkshake at just about any fast food restaurant. But, if you want an out-of-this-world milkshake, only a few places can deliver – and Ed’s Burger Joint is one of them. Located in Hattiesburg, Ed’s has only been open for a few years. Despite being fairly new, the eatery has already garnered a reputation for its whacky shakes…among other things. Take a look:
Housed in a big, colorful building just off of Hardy Street in Hattiesburg, Ed’s Burger Joint is pretty hard to miss. And between its fun atmosphere, tasty fare, and over-the-top milkshakes, that’s a good thing!
As the name implies, Ed’s specialty is burgers - but not just any burgers. The burgers are always made from fresh - never frozen - Certified Angus ground chuck.
Just as fresh as the burgers are the buns, which are baked daily at the bakery across the street from Ed’s.
But burgers aren’t Ed’s only specialty. The eatery is also known for its "outrageous shakes."
Far from typical milkshakes, the shakes at Ed’s come topped with everything from candy and baked sweets to bacon, waffles, and more.
