5. Ronnally's Pizza - Woodbury

6. John's Pizza Cafe - St. Paul

8. Jake's Pizza - Albert Lea

9. Pagliai's Pizza - Mankato

10. Donatelli's - White Bear Lake

11. Vitta Pizza - Duluth
