The entire menu is great, but few leave Betty's Pies without dessert. Diners can choose from a huge menu of pies - both cream and fruit - and can even add ice cream to make it a la mode. The Vanilla Bean Restaurant is known for its amazing wild rice soup, but don't skip out on dessert.
Vanilla Bean has been around since 1998. Since then, it's become a noted North Shore hotspot for breakfast and brunch, even earning awards for its wild rice soup and caramel pecan bread pudding. But the restaurant is no slouch when it comes to good pie. All of the flavor that goes into their mouthwatering breakfasts and soups goes into its fresh-baked fruit pies and fresh-made cream pies. For a restaurant with a small-town feel, try out Judy's Cafe.
Two Harbors has a few restaurants with a small-town feel, but Judy's Cafe may be the best. Tourists who stumble into this restaurant are lucky to experience a busy restaurant brimming with locals. And the food is good, too. Judy's serves up classic staples that are sure to please any palate. Breakfast is served all day, and the menu also includes burgers and walleye. Don't skip out on dessert. Here is another of the most popular pie places in all of Two Harbors. Located along Highway 61 with a phenomenal view of Lake Superior, this cute restaurant is sure to knock your socks off. The log cabin exterior gives it a true North Shore look, and the inside is cabin cozy. Take your time choosing your meal - there are a lot of great options - and stick around for a sweet treat after the main course.
