3. Smokey's Pub N' Grill - East Bethel

As a roadside stand, this spot could be the very definition of "hole-in-the-wall." But don't let its appearance fool you. When this seasonal roadside restaurant is open, it serves up some outstanding BBQ. Many diners rave about their ribs, but all of the meat is tender and flavorful. 6. FireBox Deli - Minneapolis
From the outside, you might not be too impressed by the FireBox Deli. But go inside and you'll find a cheerful restaurant filled with the delicious scent of BBQ.
