This local spot is owned by a couple named Lindsey Gaudet and Ed Thill. The duo created a bagel recipe that couldn't be beat, and now Goldilox bakes these bagels fresh for Bay Staters.
Before the COVID-19 pandemic, this bagel shop had customers lining up down the block. Most of the time, these delicious bagels sell out.
While there's still a good chance bagels will sell out, you can now preorder for a weekend pickup. At this time, Goldilox is operating with a limited menu and bakes everything on the weekend for pickups.
Featuring unique bagel sandwiches and coffee from Speedwell Coffee Co., Goldilox is definitely the best way to start the day.
These bagels are truly perfect. Never too soft, too hard, or too chewy—they're just right. After one taste, you'll be feeling like you've eaten something out of a storybook.
