3. Pretentious Pie Co., Naples

4. Sadie's Bakery, Houlton

Sadie's is another option if you like your donuts with some Maine longevity! This bakery was created in 1948 and has been providing the Houlton area with fresh-baked goods on a daily basis ever since! 5. Reilly's Bakery, Biddeford

Reilly's has been around for about 100 years and is a third-generation family owned and operated bakery. While many people rave about the plain donut with chocolate frosting as well as the maple bacon, we love to see what new things they're coming up with! 6. The Holy Donut, Portland

Another Maine shop, through and through! Frosty's was originally owned by the Frost family in the 1950s. While it was sold, the shop is still serving up donuts using the original Bob Frost recipes. 10. Lil's Cafe, Kittery

Lil's Cafe is beloved for their famous crullers, which sell out on a daily basis!
