There are a fair few restaurants in Kansas that widely go unnoticed by most people. They serve great food, they've got a great atmosphere, but they don't ask much. However, their food is one of the reasons they're always a great place to stop by when you're in town. Can you guess what eatery we're talking about yet? Let's check out this little restaurant hiding out in Kansas.
Welcome to Pickled Pete's Bar & Grill, a fantastic little restaurant
It's a real hidden gem, hiding out in a town called Frontenac.
Inside, it seems just like your average Kansas bar and grill, but it's hiding gold in the kitchens.
Of course, here gold comes in the form of absolutely amazing dishes and service with a genuine smile.
It also smells amazing at Pickled Pete's, mostly because of a few choice items.
Cheeseburger fries are an invention you should first try here, and then expand your adventure to other menu items, like jalapeño bottle caps.
They've got every bar food item you might expect and more, including custom items named after the famous Pete.
This pickle headed guy sure has great taste in food!
However you spin it, it all comes down to Pickled Pete's being a fantastic restaurant run by friendly small town people. Just stop in and enjoy!
Pickled Pete's is open from 9 a.m. to 11:30 p.m. Mondays through Saturdays.
You'll find the amazing Pickled Pete's at 303 E McKay St., Frontenac, KS.
