In January of 2016, Hessen Haus closed for a month to undergo a remodel that included new bathrooms, new flooring, and new tables.
The place is spiffy!
Hessen Haus in Des Moines is open between 11 am and midnight Monday and Tuesday. They stay open until 2 am Wednesday through Sunday.
