It all began when a graffiti artist named Paco Rosic bought a building in Waterloo and decided to recreate Michelangelo’s Sistine Chapel ceiling.
He recreated the Sistine Chapel’s artwork on the ceiling of the building using only spray paint.
While the original plan was to open an art gallery featuring his work, he instead decided to turn it into an amazing restaurant.
The restaurant serves a large variety of inventive and delicious food, from New Zealand lamb chops to dill poached salmon, and much more.
The menu also features an incredible wine list and mouthwatering desserts, like flaming chocolate lava cake served with vanilla ice-cream.
