Misty’s Malt Shop in beautiful Keosauqua, Iowa, offers a wide range of ice cream treats in addition to delicious meals.
They may be famous for their black raspberry soft serve, but their malts, milkshakes, tailspins, and sundaes are tasty too. And we haven't even talked about their sandwiches!
On weekdays, Misty’s is open from 5 a.m. until 8, 9, or even 10 p.m. in the summertime, making this the perfect stop all day long.
They serve up a mean breakfast every day until 10 a.m., which you can also get when they open at 7 a.m. on Saturdays. Their hearty offerings include eggs, bacon, sausage, french toast, pancakes, and more: a hearty breakfast to start your day off right. They open at 11 a.m. on Sundays, so hit them up for brunch!
There are several tables in the cheerful dining room, but you can also utilize their convenient walk-up window and outdoor tables.
The shop is located right across the street from a fun playground and park, as well as benches overlooking the beautiful Des Moines River. You can eat your tasty food with a view or stroll down the riverwalk with your ice cream in hand!
