Quack Daddy Donuts in central Indiana is known for more than just its clever name. If you've ever dreamed of a custom donut topped with M&Ms or Fruity Pebbles, you've got to get this small town bakery on your bucket list.
In business since 2015, the concept for this heavenly bake shop comes from a bakery in Florida. The name of the store is reflective of the area as there are many parks with water, and therefore ducks, in the area.
The concept is simple (and genius!). When you walk in the store, you'll grab a card and mark down your order. First, decide which glaze you'd like, and then pick your topping.
The hardest part is deciding which type of donut to get. We highly recommend getting more than one so you can try multiple combinations.
There are the classics like maple bacon, chocolate glaze with peanut butter drizzle, and sea salt caramel. Some people like to get a bit crazier, though.
Combinations like strawberry with Fruity Pebbles, vanilla with Oreo, caramel with coconut, and maple with M&Ms are possible at this establishment. Let your imagination do the donut building.
In addition to custom donuts, this excellent place is known for its chocolate milk in a frosted mug. Other drinks include house blend coffees, hot cocoa, tea, and other drinks to pair with your pastries.
Quack Daddy Donuts is open Monday through Thursday between 6:30 a.m. and 11:30 a.m. as well as Friday between 6:30 a.m. and 8 p.m. and Saturday between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. Nothing will get your morning routine in check like a morning meal of these one-of-a-kind custom donuts.
