We always knew Indiana had some of the best restaurants in the world, and now we have proof! Earlier this summer, Conde Nast Traveler unrolled its "best restaurants in the world" list, and naturally, Indiana has a prime spot. Ready to say you've eaten at one of the best restaurants in the world? Then grab a friend and enjoy the incredible cuisine at this awesome Indiana restaurant.
Milktooth is hard to classify as a restaurant. What we do know is that they cook up outstanding and eclectic breakfast and brunch options. You won't find traditional egg combos here, but for the slightly more adventurous, you'll find new favorites at Milktooth.
This scrumptious Indy-based hot spot is housed inside an old garage and has every bit the feel of a modern, hip diner. The decor will impress you and definitely matches their artfully plated dishes.
While their menu rotates, you can be sure you'll find some amazing latkes here, like this featured acorn squash jam, pickled watermelon, and creme fraiche latke.
You'll also find purely imaginative dishes that will astound and maybe even confuse you until you give them a taste. This west African inspired catfish dish includes fried catfish, peanuts, okra, a sunny side egg, shishito peppers, and pickled rhubarb.
Although the menu rotates, you'll always find a handful of Dutch baby pancakes combinations, ranging from sweet to savory, to choose from. Above you'll see a lemon curd and local berry creation which looks sweet and slightly tangy.
If you're a fan of latte art, you'll find the latte game is strong at Milktooth (and the flavors are amazing!).
Rain or shine, be sure to get up early and give this little breakfast spot a chance. You'll be happy you made the drive.
