We almost can't keep up with all of the new brewpubs opening every single month. But who started this "beer revolution"? Highlands Hollow in Boise is considered the state's very first microbrewery. They've been doing it the longest, and if you're a beer fanatic then you absolutely have to visit it.
Highlands Hollow Brewhouse is located in Boise's North End neighborhood and has been a favorite among the locals for years. Established in 1992, it's considered Idaho's very first microbrewery.
Local favorites that are always on tap include the Hippie Shake (a rich and flavorful IPA), Fiegwild (an English style pale ale), Spoon Tongue (an extremely smooth and clean ale), and Thunder Monkey (a strong bitter style ale).

Why We Love It: It's taken several trips for me to figure out my perfect "weekender bag that's TSA approved," but I've found my perfect carry on with the TOBIQ Colorado 30L. Why I Love It: Fact: Airplanes are notoriously dry, dry, dry. No matter how much water I drink both before and during the flight, I always find myself in a hydration deficit for days.
