This Maui sushi joint that specializes in inventive, colorful fare is sure to impress. Weekend karaoke and a festive ambiance makes this the perfect Kihei hangout.

5. Banzai Sushi Bar, Haleiwa
With traditional floor seating, a cool vibe, fresh fish, stellar specialty drinks and an impressive selection, Banzai Sushi Bar is the best spot on Oahu’s North Shore for sushi.
6. Koiso Sushi Bar, Kihei
This sushi bar might be located in a Maui strip mall, but that doesn't mean the sushi won't absolutely wow you.
7. Monstera, Kohala Coast
For artfully-prepared Japanese-Hawaiian cuisine on the Kohala Coast, head to Monstera.
