Most people who visit Hawaii find themselves in Laie for one of three reasons: they are taking in a luau at the Polynesian Cultural Center, they are visiting Brigham Young University’s Hawaii campus, or they are driving through on their way around the island. But Laie is also home to an incredible lookout point of the windward coast, some phenomenal beaches, a laid-back, country vibe, and one of the best burger joints in the Aloha State.
Welcome to Seven Brothers, a mouthwatering burger joint nestled in the unassuming Laie Shopping Center.
As soon as you step inside, you’ll be surrounded by the spirit of Aloha. This burger joint embodies surf and beach culture with photographs lining the walls, rustic wood tables, and a casual, laid-back vibe where everyone feels like family.
With a menu full of classic and innovative flavor combinations and thousands of rave reviews online, it’s really no wonder this eatery has become a local favorite.
These handmade, quarter-pound beef burgers are topped with fresh lettuce, tomato, grilled onions, and Seven Brothers’ house sauce.
Whether you order a classic cheeseburger or one topped with teriyaki sauce, bleu cheese, guacamole, grilled pineapple, or a variety of other unique flavor combinations, your taste buds will thank you.
While all of their burgers are to-die-for, their Paniolo Burger is one of our personal favorites. It’s topped with fresh grilled pineapple, two strips of crispy bacon, and two homemade onion rings then smothered with BBQ and their house sauce. Of course, the Deep Bleu burger is quite delicious, too, with crumbled, melted bleu cheese topped with ranch, BBQ sauce, and melted swiss cheese.
If you think the burgers look delicious, feast your eyes on these scrumptious home fries. These thick, savory fries are seasoned to perfection and pair wonderfully with the signature sauce that has made Seven Brothers a local favorite.
If you’re looking for something lighter, try one of their salads made with fresh, locally-grown Pupukea greens, purple cabbage, and sliced carrots.
If you love nothing more than a thick, juicy burger, you'll want to visit Seven Brothers in Laie immediately. This restaurant may be off-the-beaten-path but trust us: it's worth the drive.
