This little seafood shack, found along the coast of Maui, is one of our favorites.
Located in the historic plantation town turned surfing mecca of Paia, on the corner of Hana Highway and Balwin Avenue, is the Paia Fish Market, a favorite among locals and tourists alike.
This casual restaurant with a nautical theme and indoor picnic tables is as quintessentially Hawaiian as it gets.
Serving up everything from traditional Hawaii plate lunches and fish tacos to seafood burgers, pastas, and salads, you won't be disappointed here.
They even offer a variety of chicken and vegetarian dishes for those crazy friends and family members who don't like seafood.
The fish is as fresh as it gets, the portions are large, and the prices are reasonable. What more could you ask for from a seaside seafood joint?

The original Paia Fish Market is located in, you guessed it, Paia, at 100 Baldwin Avenue, but there are also locations in Lahaina (632 Front Street), and Kihei (1913 South Kihei Road). Each eatery is open from 11 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. daily. No matter which location you visit, you’re sure to find mouthwatering seafood and a casual, inviting atmosphere that perfectly embodies the Hawaiian spirit.
