Why We Love It: It's taken several trips for me to figure out my perfect "weekender bag that's TSA approved," but I've found my perfect carry on with the TOBIQ Colorado 30L. Jackie M’s & Son Cafe in Augusta, Georgia is a small roadside restaurant the locals absolutely love. It may be out of the way for some but trust us when we say it is oh-so- worth it.
In fact, this small outpost is so beloved by visitors and residents that it was named as one of Yelp’s Top 100 Places to Eat in 2020. We would agree that if you are looking for the best hidden gem spot in Augusta, look no further than this artistly yellow building.
One of the highlights of the menu is the hoagies—which include cheesesteaks, chicken sandwiches, and more, loaded to the brim with the best sandwich toppings.
…but you can always rely on their homemade peach cobbler to be cooking no matter the time of year. Everyone wants a piece of that peach cobbler and let me tell you, Jackie M’s & Son Cafe cobbler is the best peach cobbler in Georgia!
