Just in time for Halloween, here's a Florida restaurant that's a little bit spooky all year-round. It's definitely not your average restaurant. Take a look:
Welcome to Mr. Bones BBQ, located at 3007 Gulf Dr, Holmes Beach, on Anna Maria Island.
As you can probably tell, this is not your typical barbecue joint. That's because it's Mr. Bones' mission to offer something for everyone.
The first thing you'll notice when you walk in is the decor, a funky blend of New Orleans voodoo and tiki style.
You'll be greeted by the restaurant's mascot, Mr. Bones himself, a wacky skeleton chef.
Then, observe the creepy masks covering the walls. The menu has many classic New Orleans dishes, so this is probably a nod to the city's voodoo style.
Don't forget to grab a cold beer from Mr. Bones' coffin on your way to your seat. There are dozens to choose from, and they're all ice-cold.
The theme of the restaurant is pretty macabre, but your taste buds will come alive at Mr. Bones. They're most famous for fall-off-the-bone ribs, with a choice of five different sauces, all made in-house.

But the menu is also a flavorful trip around the globe, with items from American, Indian, and Asian cuisine.
Unlike most barbecue restaurants, they also offer a good selection of vegan and vegetarian options, too. Meat-eaters and their vegan friends can finally dine together!
One thing you won't find is ketchup, salt or pepper on the table. That's because Mr. Bones is proud of their dedication to authentic, homemade recipes and confident that each dish will arrive at the table full of flavor.
If you're looking for some tasty ribs or you want to try something new, give Mr. Bones BBQ a shot. It's the perfect place for a festive evening out this October!
