Miami-based King Goose Hospitality has taken over this historic landmark building, originally built in 1936 as a Walgreens Drug Store. The name itself, Julia & Henry’s, pays homage to Miami's founders, Julia Tuttle and Henry Flagler.
But this space is unique because it isn’t like your average food hall. Each floor offers a different experience altogether. For instance, the ground floor offers a natural wine bar, plus market-style restaurants from around the globe.
The mezzanine is a crowd-pleaser for guests of all ages, with a stage for live performances, a craft beer bar, a record store, and a kid’s play area. The fourth and fifth floors offer a music recording space, rehearsal studio, and support services for people in the music business!
Legend has it that the basement of this iconic establishment once played host to Al Capone's speakeasy during the prohibition era. Today, it has been artfully transformed into a modern Hi-Fi sound bar, where you can immerse yourself in the latest tunes while enjoying your favorite drinks.
Plus, we can’t forget about all of the delicious food. We’re talking about world-renowned chefs! Julia & Henry's offers over two dozen dining options with something for everyone. You’ll find casual dining spots on the first floor, like Michelle Bernstein's fried chicken, José Mendín's hamburger joint, and Tomás Kalika's Mediterranean restaurant.
With fresh bread and pastries, sweet treats, and cold craft beer, there is a little something for everyone here.
