Walter's Steakhouse is located at 802 N Union St, Wilmington, DE 19805. They're open for dinner from 5 p.m. to 11 p.m. Monday through Saturday, and from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m. on Sunday. Banh mi is one of the true hidden gems of the culinary world - Vietnamese sandwiches heavily inspired by the French colonial era and combined with the fine ingredients of the region. They're served on a crusty French baguette and loaded with pickles, cilantro, and the protein of your choice.
At Van's Banh Mi, which has recently relocated to the food court of a new Hung Vuong Food Market in Newark, the menu features some of the best banh mis in the state at a reasonable price. Most options here are just under $10, with only a few deluxe options topping that barrier by a dollar or so.
