Old Angler’s Inn was originally built to serve the those journeying to and from the Nation’s Capital and those living in the Maryland countryside. During the Civil War, both Union and Confederate soldiers stayed at the inn. It continues to maintain its legendary hospitality.
Just off the C&O Canal, the Old Angler’s Inn is perfect place for a post-hike lunch or for a happy hour with live music out on the patio.
Old Angler’s also has a Beer Garden located out in the back for most casual style dining and relaxed evenings.
