5. Max’s Deli & Catering, Auburn

The service here is top notch and you rarely have to wait more the 10 minutes for your order.
6. Roman's Kitchen, Arcata
There's nothing better than hot, melty sandwiches and the signature french fries served up at this 5 star food truck, located at 681 I St in Arcata.
We can't get enough of their burgers, nachos, and tacos, either.
7. Mother Lode Market & Deli, Jackson
This local favorite is the best place to stop and kill the hunger pains in the foothills. Their sauce options are to die for, so you really can't go wrong. Find them at 36 Main St

Try the heir tomato panini on gluten free bread with a tomato aoli sauce. You'll feel healthy and so satisfied.
8. Cirino’s Sandwich Shop, Fort Bragg
Cirino's isn't afraid to try new flavor combinations, and that's why we love them. Have you ever wanted to try mandarin oranges on a pork sandwich but never known where to go? Well, you can find one here at 131 E Laurel St in Fort Bragg.
