For Mother’s Day, the specials were shrimp salad and chicken salad, plus a free rose for mom. On St. Patrick’s Day they served corned beef and cabbage.

There is a boat landing in front of the restaurant, making Scotty’s Landing a great place to stop during a day on the water.

Visitors to this eatery can also rent inner tubes at the restaurant and float down the river– a popular activity in the summer.
