For those looking to start things off slowly to enjoy time with friends, consider ordering the sausage and cheese board. It comes with seasonal German sausage, fruit, nuts, and cheeses. And this deliciousness is all spread out around a giant Bavarian pretzel, served on a carving

board with bier cheese and an array of mustards.

It's not uncommon to see every table with the 10" traditional Bavarian giant pretzel. It's lightly salted, baked, then hung on a hook. It comes with haus-made bier cheese and spicy brown mustard.

Or, dive right into traditional foods like the cheese schnitzel featuring German mustard infused Haus-made bier cheese with sautéed mushrooms, onions, and bacon.

Or, make things more casual by getting the schnitzel sandwich. It's topped with shredded red cabbage, lettuce, onion, tomato, pickled chef's relish, Swiss cheese, and a sweet German mustard aioli. And it's all served on a toasted pretzel bun.
