Located on Main Street in the heart of Old Bisbee, this unsuspecting small-town eatery offers fine dining in a historic, art deco setting.

The atmosphere is simultaneously upscale and cozy, with dim lighting, white tablecloths, tasteful décor, and weekly live jazz performances.

As for the food, the menu features New American-inspired fare with an emphasis on seasonal, locally-sourced ingredients.

Perhaps you'll start with an appetizer of Medjool dates stuffed with gorgonzola cheese and Applewood-smoked bacon before moving on to the main course. How does shrimp and lobster ravioli sound?

Red meat lovers can enjoy grass-fed boneless short rib, penne pasta with spicy Italian sausage, and a number of other delicious options. This Roka restaurant is a favorite of ours!

Other main dishes include crab cakes, mussels, sweet corn risotto cakes, and artichoke and portobello mushroom lasagna.

Vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free options are available for those with special dietary needs.

The portions are not terribly large, so there's a good chance you'll have room for dessert (and thankfully so).
