The spa opened it's barrel sauna doors in late December 2017.

Here you can experience traditional Finnish-style wooden barrel saunas and hot tubs.

There are two barrel saunas and three hot tubs at the spa, which are available in three sizes: 2 person hot tub, 6-8 person hot tub, and 10-12 person hot tub.

The first step in this ancient ritual is to step inside one of the Scandinavian handcrafted barrel saunas. This is known to stimulate heart function as well as promoting blood circulation.

The second step is to cool down. This will close your pores, reduce inflammation, and boost your immune system by stimulating circulation.

Whether you plunge into a cold tub, jump into the river, or roll around in the snow is up to you!

The final step is to relax and clear your mind in a hot tub under the stars.

You will feel completely rejuvenated!

Then... pepeat the process! After a few rounds of this social and medicinal experience, your body will be revitalized and recharged!
