1. Sleigh Rides With Rocky Mountain Outfitters

3. Luminaria At Thanksgiving Point
Luminaria at Thanksgiving Point is simply magical! Check out the 40-foot hill covered with 6,500 luminaries that are programmed in a one-of-a-kind show. Visit now through January 5th, but make sure to get your tickets online in advance.

4. Lights At Temple Square
Bundle up and take a stroll though the ground of Temple Square. It's free, and the lights are on from November 23rd through January 2nd. See the lights in the morning from 6 a.m. to 7:30 a.m., and again at night from 5 p.m. to 10:30 p.m..

5. Farmhouse Christmas At Petersen Family Farm
Visit Petersen Family Farm in Riverton to choose your Christmas tree, take a wagon ride, and shop at the farm market. Don't forget a visit with Santa.

6. Midway Ice Castles
Just as soon as the weather is cold enough, Midway Ice Castles will open its doors for an enchanting winter adventure that's perfect for the whole family. The castles normally open by the end of December or first part of January. Visit the website for the latest info and tickets.

7. Gallivan Center Ice Skating
Zip up your coat, pull on your mittens, and lace up your skates for a fun evening at the Gallivan Center. On Tuesday nights, you can skate for just $5!

Ogden's Christmas Village is a long-standing tradition that you won't want to miss this year. Check out all the charming cottages and vote for your favorite. The village is all lit up through January 1st, from 5 p.m. to midnight, and it's free to visit.

Play in Utah's famous powder at Soldier Hollow! The 1,200-foot lanes offer some tummy-tingling fun, but you'll want to make your reservations in advance, because this attraction sells out.

You know and love Hogle Zoo, but it's completely different at Christmas when it's all lit up with Zoo Lights. More than 200 animal-themed light displays will charm and delight visitors of all ages, and make sure to check out the brand new animal-sized lanterns.
