During the holiday season, this park transforms into a display that will make you feel like you’re on a movie set — a Hallmark Christmas movie set. This park is home to the Lightwalk at Liberty Park in Utah, a unique Christmas light display that the entire family will love. In fact, these are some of the best Christmas lights in Salt Lake City.
The Lightwalk at Liberty Park is not your traditional Salt Lake Christmas lights. Not only will you view thousands of lights, but you’ll get to enjoy these lights in a fun and memorable way.
This light display is one of the newest holiday events in Salt Lake City. It is only available for a few weeks during the month of December, so make sure you plan ahead.
While there is so much to see and do, start with the light tunnel.
The light tunnel is a highlight of this holiday event and will instantly put a smile on your face. The entire family will want to walk through it multiple times and you’ll want to capture lots of pictures.
Not only is there a light tunnel, but there are light mazes for you to explore. Are you willing to encounter the world’s largest Christmas light maze?
For young children or those who are young at heart, head into the Children’s Light Maze. This maze is perfect for those who want a little adventure but don’t want to become too lost.
At Lightwalk, you can also shop at the Christmas Market.
At the Christmas Market, vendors will be set up in custom market homes, making it easy for you to complete all of your holiday shopping. You'll also want to purchase some of the tasty treats from the food vendors as well.
Every night at 6 p.m., Santa Claus will make an appearance. Stop by to make sure that you are on the nice list this year.
And of course, to ensure there is holiday magic throughout the entire event (just like in the Hallmark movies!) local musicians, school choirs, and others will be performing each night.
Believe us, this is one holiday event in Utah that you will not want to miss. It might just be the most magical night of your holiday season and the best Christmas lights in Salt Lake City you'll experience.
