With all of the roller coasters and many other big attractions, there is a section of the park that may have slipped your attention. In a little area called Wildwood Grove, you will find fun nature-themed rides like the Black Bear Trail or The Mad Mockingbird.
A large archway will lead you to Hidden Hollow. Once the automatic sliding doors open, it’s like you are transported from a theme park to a hidden forest fantasy. The name is very fitting because this hidden gem in the park feels simply enchanting.
Projectors will shine a light on the walls illuminating them in a calming golden glow with silhouetted trees that almost appear to gently swaying in the breeze.
Hanging from the ceiling you will find mason jars with little blinking lights flickering on and off. These lights bring to mind collecting fireflies in a jar as a kid. The sounds draw you even further into the scene. Alongside children happily laughing you will hear birds chirping and squirrels chattering loudly in the trees above. The entire room is incredibly immersive.
