Magical butterfly house. Embark on a guided tour of the butterfly house, where you'll get to see butterflies at all stages of their lives.
If you visit the Butterfly House often, you'll likely notice that the species of butterflies frequently change.
Largely run by volunteers, the butterfly house is home to both native butterflies and, on occasion, moths.
The guided tour of the butterfly house typically lasts between 20 and 25 minutes. Learn all about the house's residents, and ask your tour guide questions.
Mark your calendar for September 15, 2019, for the Annual Monarch Tag & Release Party.
Keep an eye out for events at the Butterfly House throughout the season. The house will host Arthropalooza on August 10 and 11, 2019, where the whole family can learn about beekeeping and watch cockroach races (and more).
Admission costs $8 for adults; $6 for seniors; and $5 for kids between four and 13 years old.
Plan your visit to the Butterfly House Wednesday through Sunday from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. The Butterfly House will close for the season on September 14, 2019.
