Virtual hands up if you sometimes just need to get out of the house with the kids. We all suffer from cabin fever — whether we're stuck indoors because of the subzero temperatures or because of the scorching heat — at least a couple of times every year. However, cabin fever with kids takes that desire to get out of the house to a whole new level. Fortunately, Pittsburgh's home to some pretty amazing indoor playgrounds, where the kids can play until they drop and we, parents, can just hang out. Next time you need a break, head to this ocean-themed indoor playground near Pittsburgh.

Older kids will find plenty to do, too, including heading down slides, exploring tubes, and playing games on the interactive game floor.
While there's plenty to do in the main playground area, the kids might want to play a fast-paced game of laser tag or go through the laser maze. An additional fee applies for this one-of-a-kind glow-in-the-dark attraction.
Everyone likes a train ride, right? Well, the littles will absolutely love a ride on the train. You can purchase a ticket for this fun adventure at the counter.
