Start counting down! We're rapidly approaching the unofficial end of summer. That means amusement parks, water parks, and countless other attractions will soon shutter until next spring. So, what are you waiting for? Now's the perfect time to soak up the summer sunshine. And, you'll find no better place to do that than at this magical Pennsylvania water park that boasts an epic lazy river. (Of course, you'll find plenty of action-packed water attractions, too.)
Pack your swimsuit, towel, and everything you need for a day of fun under the sun at Camelbeach Mountain Water Park.
Of course, you'll find plenty to take your breath away at the water park -—including the spectacular scenery.
But, start your adventure with a relaxing float along the park's epic Blue Nile Adventure River.
Spanning 1,000 glorious feet, the lazy river promises a few surprises, including...
...a refreshing waterfall. And, if you want, float under the waterfall to cool off. Keep an eye out for geysers, too.
So, decide how you will journey along the lazy river: In a single or in a double tube? The Blue Nile Adventure River is suitable for visitors of all ages. However, kids 44 inches and under must be accompanied by an adult.
Then, after you've thoroughly relaxed, explore the rest of the water park. Play in the wave pool. Zip down the tube slides, and go round and round on the Spin Cycle.
Or, face the Vortex before challenging other visitors at the Checkered Flag Challenge, an eight-lane water slide.
Meander along the Lazy River at Camelbeach Mountain Water Park daily from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. through August 26, 2018. Then, hours change to 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. until the season ends on September 3, 2018.
Camelbeach Mountain Water Park is located at 309 Resort Dr., Tannersville, PA 18372.
