Mark December 2, 2017 on your calendar because you won’t want to miss the 14th Annual Handmade Arcade at the David L. Lawrence Convention Center. 2. I Made It Market – Various locations
Discover the talents of local independent artists, who showcase and sell their products at the I Made It Market, a "nomadic indie crafts market." Artists vary at each event, although shoppers can expect to find a variety of items, such as jewelry, decorations, and candles. The next I Made It Market is set for the Squirrel Hill Night Market on September 23 followed by the I Made It for the Holidays 2017 on November 27 and 28 at Office Depot in Munhall.
3. Pennsylvania Arts & Crafts Labor Day Festival – 123 Blue Ribbon Ln, Greensburg, PA 15601
Explore the Pennsylvania Arts & Crafts Labor Day Festival at the Westmoreland County Fairgrounds. The 24th annual festival features a variety of craft vendors selling such goods as handcrafted furniture, jewelry, and holiday decorations. The Arts & Crafts Labor Day Festival will be held September 1-4, 2017. Visit Friday and Monday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. or Saturday and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Admission is $6 for adults, $5.50 for seniors 65 and older, and $1 for children between six and 12.
4. Christmas Gift and Craft Expo – 590 Pittsburgh Mills Boulevard, Tarentum, PA 15084
Start your Christmas shopping early at the Christmas Gift and Craft Expo, slated for November 24-26; November 29 to December 3; December 6-10 and 13-24 at the Galleria at Pittsburgh Mills. Various vendors will be on hand selling their handmade crafts and other items.
5. People’s Gas Holiday Market – 222 Fifth Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA 15222
Market Square turns into an old-fashioned marketplace during the holiday season. The People’s Gas Holiday Market features food, craft, and other vendors, providing the perfect opportunity to do some early Christmas shopping. The People’s Gas Holiday Market will run from November 17 to December 23, 2017.
