The enchanting 59th annual Fall Foliage Festival will take place on Oct. 7 through 8 and 14 through 15, 2023.
Hours run from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on both Saturdays and Sundays of the festival.
Framed by mountain ranges, Bedford promises sensational views of the fall foliage, and the festival offers a ton of family-friendly fun.
The original Antique Car Parade is still a major draw of the fall foliage festival.
Slip on a pair of comfy shoes as one of the best fall festivals in Pennsylvania runs along several streets in downtown Bedford, so you’ll likely do quite a bit of walking.
If you’re bringing the kiddos along, they’ll have a full menu of fun activities to try – making scarecrows, going horseback riding, and becoming knights, for example.
Both weekends will be jam-packed with live entertainment, providing a lovely soundtrack to the festival.
If you just feel like kicking back and relaxing, bring a lawn chair and watch the entertainment throughout the day.
More than 400 vendors will also join in on the fun, so carve out some time to do a little bit of exploring.
Folks sell everything from homemade clothing to home decor and plenty of delicious food and goodies. And yes, we come for the fudge and buy it by the pound full.
