In the far northeastern side of Oklahoma resides a stunning sight. The Bella Donna Wedding Chapel, formerly known as Vesica Piscis, is a beautiful venue hidden in the hills. Whether you're on the hunt for a wedding location or just looking for gorgeous architecture - this chapel can deliver!
Oklahoma is filled with beautiful churches and chapels but there's one that is particularly notable, the Vesica Piscis.
The Vesica Piscis Chapel is now officially known as the Bella Donna Wedding Chapel and Event Center. Regardless of names, it's a gorgeous chapel to see in person. It's located north of Broken Arrow, in Catoosa.
The architecture of this chapel is simply stunning, both inside and out.
The exposed arches, Gothic windows, and rows of wood-carved pews make such an impact when entering the chapel. Around the grounds you'll find a decorated terrace, flower beds, and natural foliage.
No design details have been missed here.
The original name, Vesica Piscis, means sacred geometry, shared vision and mutual understanding. This chapel's architecture has inspiration from Medieval European cathedrals, complete with modern decorations.
The chapel is typically used an event space for weddings.
All events are welcomed at this venue though! The space can easily hold up to 200 people for a myriad of celebrations. For packages and pricing you can visit their website right here.
A visit any time of the year will be rewarded with stunning views.
Each season brings new delights to the chapel as well as the time of day! The surrounding fall foliage is a jaw-dropper but even just the lights at night will be photo-worthy. The chapel sits on 19 acres of rolling hills so any outside event will be splendidly beautiful, too!
This is one chapel you certainly need to see for yourself!
