A truly bizarre phenomenon occurs on a road in Springer, Oklahoma, and you'll definitely want to check it out. The road is known by locals as Gravity Hill - a place where cars in neutral appear to roll uphill. It's truly mystifying and one of the strangest experiences you'll ever encounter.
You'll find Gravity Hill in Springer, a small town near Chickasaw National Recreation Area in southern Oklahoma.
The road looks totally normal. You'd never know there's a weird phenomenon that occurs.
If you put your vehicle in neutral at the bottom of the hill, it will suddenly appear to defy gravity as it rolls backward, uphill.
It's even scarier if you try this at dusk or after dark. Many theories exist about why objects roll uphill instead of downhill. Whether caused by ghosts, a magnetic force, alien contact or an optical illusion, this is something you have to see for yourself.
With caution, position your car at the "bottom" of the hill and put your car in neutral. Take your foot off the brake and you will experience the thrill of your car not only climbing the hill by itself but gaining speed as it goes. Watch the video below to see this phenomenon in action.
