This year's All Ohio Balloon Fest takes place on August 10 - 12. It's a really special festival the whole family will love.
General admission is $10 per person on Friday and Saturday. Children 12 and under are free. (Please note: Parking is $5.)
More than 30,000 people flock to this timeless festival, which first started in 1975. It is now one of the longest-running events of its kind in the history of the United States, according to the festival's website.
While balloons of all colors, shapes and sizes, you never know what character you might encounter!
Each year, the festival brings in some really impressive live entertainment you're guaranteed to love. (Pictured is Bret Michaels performing during last year's festival.)
Please note: This year, the Clint Black performance is included with your Thursday admission to the festival, which is $20 in advance and $30 at the gate.
If you have kids, there's plenty of games, food and other activities to keep them occupied when they aren't mesmerized by the balloons in the sky.
As an added bonus, there is no age limit for helicopter or bi-wing plane rides.
But the part your kids will undoubtedly love the most is Kidz City, which features a plethora of bouncy houses, castles and more.
Admission to Kidz City is $10 and it's "all you can jump."
When the sun goes down and the balloons light up, it's downright magical to watch them take flight. There's a 6 p.m. Nightly Launch and a 9 p.m. Nightly Glow you won't want to miss.
Be sure to bring your own lawn chairs, so you can sit back and enjoy the view!
You'll find the All Ohio Balloon Fest at 760 Clymer Rd., Marysville, OH 43040. Have you ever been here before? What was it like? Share your experiences with us!
