The Early Television Museum in Hilliard is a hidden gem that makes an interesting day trip destination. A walk through this museum is like taking a walk back in time—even before World War II.

Home to more than 200 historic tubes, The Early Television Museum is like a giant time capsule you can walk through. It's perfect for an afternoon of nostalgia.
You can visit the museum on Saturdays from 10 a.m. - 6 p.m. and on Sundays from 12 p.m. - 5 p.m.
What started as a hobby for founder Steve McVoy quickly became an impressive collection that he steadily restored. Today, his collection is stored in a 6,000-sq. ft. building.
Please note: The museum is closed on weekdays.
You'll observe television sets from the 1920s - 1960s and learn all about the history of this iconic piece of technology.
Admission to the museum is free, but donations are welcome.
It's amazing to see how much the invention has evolved over the years. You'll even get to see pre-war British and American sets.
