The Full Moon kayak tour starts right as the sun starts to set, making it a perfect way to move from day into night, and enjoy the best the Hudson River has to offer.

The tour goes north to the beaches of Plum Point; once the light has gotten dimmer, kayakers will head for the Cornwall Bay sandbar and watch the moon as it rises on top of the mountains that sit across the river. If the conditions are right, kayakers will get a great view of Bannerman Castle.

On the way back, kayakers will ride along the shoreline back to the launch site at Cornwall landing. It’s a breathtaking view from beginning to end.
