If you found yourself enchanted over the idea of seeing such extravagant works of gingerbread art, then you're going to be absolutely blown away by the world's largest gingerbread village that's right here in our state. Check it out!
Happening down in the town of Corona, the New York Hall of Science will once again come to life during the holiday season for all to see.
New York's Gingerbread Lane has become known as one of our state's best holiday spectacles, putting on a delicious display of gingerbread goodness that you won't be able to keep your eyes off of.
Each holiday season, visitors can come to the Hall of Science to see the work of New York Chef Jon Lovitch.
All of the planning and baking that goes into New York's Gingerbread Lane takes place over the course of an entire year, with Lovitch taking the extensive time to design, plan, bake, build, and decorate this massive village.
The official Guinness World Record holder for the largest gingerbread village, in order to qualify for this noteworthy title, the entire village must be made out of edible gingerbread, royal icing, and candy.
This year, those who make their way to see the Gingerbread Village will see storefronts with whimsical names like Visions of Sugar Plum Eye Glasses and My Two Front Teeth General Dentistry.
During the holiday season, the Hall of Science hosts more than a handful of Gingerbread Lane Workshops...
...where visitors can come in and make their own gingerbread houses or trains!
Giving you something delicious to take back home with you, this is one family-friendly event that everyone will love.
