February is usually the start of the maple season in New Hampshire, and many local sugar shacks offer tours where you can learn about how the sweet stuff is collected and made into the Maple Syrup we all love. The warm air and tight spaces just add to the romance.
7. Diana's Baths, North Conway
New Hampshire's natural attractions are still full of romance during the winter, and Diana's Baths is one of the best. The short walk to this frozen waterfall is gorgeous and the series of falls is stunning year round. Located off Westside Road in North Conway.

If you prefer your winter romance without the chilly temperatures, take a drive along the Kancamagus Highway. The views of mountains and rivers are spectacular and the towns are filled with fun things to do.
